Do Commonwealth citizen's taxes help pay for the British monarchy?

no not. countries such india republics, , queen symbolically head of commonwealth.

however, countries such australia, canada, new zealand have queen head of state (however independent, , since 1931, have own separate monarchies. queen common head of state of uk, canada, australia, new zealand, , 12 other countries). these countries pay depending on situation queen (but not british monarchy - britain pays that). example, if queen in canada or visiting country queen of canada, canada pay. if acting queen of uk, britain pay costs. if taking flight somewhere queen of australia, australia pay.

not britain - that's obvious. i'm talking australia, new zealand, canada, india, etc.
