What is the best option in NY for non-expensive film or photography college?

if wants cinema, should go either nyu, ucla or usc. power film schools in us.

if wants photography, there rochester institute of photography (kodak funds school), or nyu east coast schools. rit perhaps respected technical school in us. both aesthetics , technique try nyu.

my son considering college application, can't afford somewhere "julliard" etc!! live in ny area travel anywhere reachable car he's interested in film , photography
