Why do people get tattoos?

bottom line people makes them happy. love tattoos. when @ them, don't see them "tattoos", see them natural part of skin. natural freckle, if will. have regretted not getting them.

if regrets tattoo, it's kind of like... not liking face or body. you're stuck whether or not , have best can it. people aren't supposed have tattoos. lot of are.
:)

when people tattoos sure them later in lives may regret getting tattoo. facial peircing.please inform me better on situation.
