2002 volkswagen passat starting problem?

have 2002 volkswagen passat 120k miles on it. have had 100k mile service done during winter , drove ok then. 1 day stopped in traffic. took shop , said because of inproper installation of aftermarket radio. fixed , epc light doesn't come on anymore. car won't start in mornings without me reving engine bunch. car start fine rest of day. noticed floor in of passenger side wet, , cleaned out sunroof drains door open. there no error codes coming car, still has lot of trouble starting in morning. help?
