Insurance payment to the Hospital.?

hi,

4 months back, had been india nd during stay there, had go emergency of 1 of hospital 4 times. carrying insurance , hospital claimed against insurance.
after came india, hearing insurance has rejected claim ( still dont knw on basis). since travel business related, company has taken insurance me.

trying chase insurance see why payment rejected. 1 please let me know consequences if insurance doesnt pay soon??
