Is modern Philosophy more interesting than classical Philosophy ?

western philosophy derive of epistemic principles either plato or aristotle rare. reason, philosophy in west, russia west around globe nz , australia, hodge-podge of both of them.

"the conflict of aristotle versus plato conflict of reason versus mysticism. plato formulated of philosophy’s basic questions—and doubts. aristotle laid foundation of answers. thereafter, record of duel record of man’s long struggle deny , surrender or uphold , assert validity of particular mode of consciousness."
ayn rand; review of j.h. randall’s aristotle, objectivist newsletter http://aynrandlexicon.com/lexicon/aristo...

think old philosophy more interesting, because ever since kant , hume, our ability agree individually existence exists has let impending platonic cave of relativism. before kant knew "black-and-white"; don't know if "black-and-white" exists, ridiculous because "gray" areas of morality known gray paint is--a mix of black , white. job of morality define them conceptual grays.

world black-and-white when st. augustine incorporated plato christianity, , result dark ages. world black-and-white when st. thomas incorporated aristotle christianity, displacing plato, , men found way renaissance of reason , danced right enlightenment.

relativism , skepticism boring.
