sink it. 12 & 14 foot aluminum boats have maximum safe weight capacity in 500 , 600 lb range... figure includes motor, fuel, battery, gear, , people... if , friend weigh near 400 lbs pushing weight additionally, 12 , 14 foot aluminum boats have maximum of 20hp 35hp respectively... add weight problem - , have far motor size boat.
if want use motor need in 16 & 18 foot range.
