How do I make my talent agency 'notice' me more? (I'm a girl)?

ok so, have talent agency, , told me keep updating them emails myself, have. i'd more acting; in movie or something. i'm passionate music, play guitar , sax singing little. i'm decent height, 5'8-ish, , i'm not ugly, either. way i'm 14 years old.
talent agency lives couple hours away, can't walk over. (we live in canadian small-ish town)
i've told them acting classes , else i've done, , said they'd call if came up.
thing is, ever think nowadays performing. don't want fame; want able perform/act people's appreciation, , want make family proud. want able make living out of love, , proud of myself @ end of day.

thinking of recording demos or something, if has ideas, please help?
