Draw reins and breastplate?

breast plates don't draw reins, keeps saddle falling back.

draw reins there 2 ways use them. can:
a) http://www.sporthorseproducts.com/images...
put them threw horses legs (which in opinion works way better , easier horse move)

or

b) http://www.thesaddleryshop.co.uk/admin/i...
put them on sides of girth

i'm going invest in pair of draw reins, benefits horse using them once week. if use draw reins need breastplate help!
