How can i make my skin soft,hydrated ?
drink lots of water. doing that'll keep skin looking young when older.
don't go outside without sunscreen, if you're caucasian or have less melanin in skin. leather is tanned cow skin; don't think want skin leathery xd
light exercises and/or yoga. exercise creates sweat , helps clean pores of skin harmful chemicals can removed. makes skin clear.
regular exercise increases circulation of blood , nutrients skin cells helps in preventing wrinkles. exercise/yoga helps relieve stress; stress spoils natural glow of skin.
don't drink sodas, high fructose corn syrup. sub water , green tea.
eat:
berries. berries rich in antioxidants.
salmon o.o , tuna
tomatoes, cantalope
eggs
brocolli
nuts, esp. walnuts, have fatty acid "the kind"
of these both skin , hair.
