Do u have any new idea or initiative to remove poverty in in INDIA by some extent?

developing nations, not india -

robin hood ideology (take rich , give poor) makes people lazy , over-dependent on hand-outs.
there should no "free" perks - electricity, housing, rations etc .
low-cost, low-income groups, yes. paying taxes makes person more responsible citizen.

increasing tax base include larger section of society till of population becomes bonafide, tax-paying citizen eliminate poverty.
india's current tax-paying base ? 2% think. 2% carries burden of remaining 98% !!!! how can expected eliminate poverty, build infrastructure, run country, pay salaries of government servants, ministers, provide free medical, education, subsidize charges low-income groups etc etc....???!!!!!
unfair , impractical.
