hey, bought 96 pontiac sunfire. runs great except windshield wiper problem. work , stuff, when turn them off or turn car off...they won't go down , stay stuck in middle of windshield. have tried doing googling , looking around internet , many people have had problem in model/make, can't find answer anywhere. not car person, explanation amazing.
