Why do other countries not have free will?

think confusing free freedom. free ability choose decide right , wrong , 1 do. freedom extent can make own choices far employment, relationships, food/nutrition, procreation, education, , religion. laws nature restrict freedom. in countries profession chosen , education. in countries spouse chosen family or may not allowed have friends outside of "class". in others may restricted how many children have , religion must be. why america considered "land of free." these things plus many more not dictated government.
