Why is it that when FDR Truman and Eisenhower were President of the United States and the Tax Rate on the Rich?

lets source on because don't think ever had tax of 92 % on people. maybe 40% -50% max income earners. problem why. why should person punished maxing money? if invent helps humanity , makes me ton of cash in process punished in taxes. how fair me.

make fair should taxed not on income on how spend our money. drop taxes in current system. add tax on dollar people pay tax system not 2%. right half of americans pay no taxes. that's not fair other half. pay in same , fair. fair tax way fix mess , have work.

why when fdr truman , eisenhower president of united states , tax rate on rich 92% why rich stayed rich , did not become poor or middle class ?
