1979 Pontiac Trans-Am Restoration?

okay, have 1979 pontiac trans-am. has rear window def., t-tops, automatic transmission, posi - rear end, tilt wheel, mayan red tan colored interior, shaker hood, , 403 motor. car pretty rusty (pretty nothing left of trunk) , floorboards need replaced , fenders too. i've had few people take @ , said frame looked pretty rusty. seats, seatbelt, shaker hood scoop setup, console, am/fm/cb radio missing. know if should restore car or if should part out. if decide restore car worth restored?
