test pilots , inside sales pilots not hired general pilot population. these people tend experts on given company's methods , products , people have special connections in management of companies. can ask around, when have 15,000 20,000 hours or so, unless have friend of friend has in, chances slim. there few positions in industry of type describe, , have @ right place @ right time.
