Lets talk about Toyota for a second, I have a few questions for you all?

knows, toyota in lot of trouble right , getting worse them. recent allegation not giving information on edr (its equivalent black box on airplane). i've been reading comments on article , lot of people saying every car should have edr device installed.

problem is....back in 1990s guy sued ford , won when ford refused warranty ford mustang when blew engine citing edr showed going in excess of 150 mph when blew engine.he sued ford invasion of privacy..........and won.

questions are...
1. should every car have edr system installed and, if so,should car maker protected incident had described?

2.do think government making bigger deal should regarding toyota issue because (the government) part owners of chrysler , gm?

3.do think toyota should banned selling/manufacturing vehicles in states because of way have handled acceleration issue (blaming floor mats, stating simple fix when have had cars fixed still complaining of same issue, not giving edr info customers or government showing possibility acceleration issue more serious (and costly) toyota admit?
