Is there any help for someone who is bipolar and cannot afford treatment because of having insurance?

diagnosed being bipolar , cannot find help. have had change jobs because of bit of mental breakdown. has taken me 8 months find job barely hanging on , feel hopeless. taking medication doctor prescribed me , @ least keep me functioning not sometimes. can see medical doctor meds cannot see psychiatrist or psychologists without first meeting deductible 1000.00 dollars. trying different meds before doc. , seeing therapist things seemed worse , lost job anyway. lost unemployment claim because quit next job had after 1 week. trying hang on 1 feel shaky sometimes. filed bankruptcy , husband , still trying recover financially not think ever will. have applied food stamps told make money , have tried various charitable organizations kind of therapy myself not slip far disease , stupid quite job. seems there no me . doctors ask if feel danger myself or else , think they're interested in protecting in case hurt way never have , not consider. biggest errors in control cause me great deal of financial strain , anxiety making bad mistake causes me emotional pain cannot bear it.i not know anymore ! pray situation time while yes believe in god i'm not sure can on one.
