Is it really normal to shake when performing martial arts?
me, shaking result of being hypoglycemic. nervousness can affect blood sugars, why folks butterflies in stomach, or shake. practice helps, means have go thru awhile on it. diet can play role. me, eating candy bar helps, half hour, after that, problem comes or gets worse. solves problem immediately. better approach eat complex carbs, pasta, long before sparring or doing forms. usually, 8-10 hours prior best, , of course, takes careful planning.
don't if happens in tournaments or in regular classes. tournaments, have better way plan ahead "carbing up" night before. evening classes, means carbing lunch (at risk of falling asleep throughout afternoon...)
i seem have nervous breakdown when doing kata or kumite. know can perform nerves letting me down. can please help?
