Transition to civilian job. tactical aircraft maintenance?

go working on aircraft in air force working on aircraft in civilian world, need a&p certification ( airframe , power plant).

otherwise , not able job working on aircraft.

while in tac aircraft maintenance in usaf, lot of training, after training , few years on job, can either try take come courses on free time, or use gi bill when out, need certified.

how easy or hard transition job in air force (tactical aircraft maintenance) civilian job? need else cert. or able work ?
