Why is it next too impossible too get google too communicate so i can advertise by biz online? FRUSTRATED?

in short, trying advertise business online google sucks! ive emailed them 3 different email addresses , contact phone, never do! have no phone number listed on site advertisers , give lame adword process follow advertise online? in short, dont have website, dealing site develop[ers headache... emailed google several times , said, have cash, have advertising budget of 25k yearly , thats 2grand month! wont call! send spam or lame emails stating dont have phone reply service? im what!!! means arrogant , dont spend 200k yr on ads theyre blowing me off.. in meantime competition online/google , kickin ***..... ideas? advertisers out there? in advance!
