yes. buy "sold amazon" same buying other legit retailer. when buy stuff other sellers in marketplace, amazon guarantees or refund you. claiming refund can hassle though. third party seller see name , address because have send item you, not see credit card information. best advice read seller reviews. can feel confident buying seller high percentage of positive reviews... power sellers don't want risk reputation screwing you. take chances more on getting chinese knock-offs or stolen goods if buy few reviews or more couple negative reviews.

im gonna buy stuff amazon. safe? safe buy other people on there? liek used movies?
