Painting my toddlers new room-well, touching up the paint-if I use non-toxic paint...?

if use non-toxic paint touch ups in morning, put fan in room , open windows dry it, okay sleep in there night? there'd @ least 9 hours paint dry , 1/6 of wall needs (not big room), it's bed going...should wait let sleep in there until following night, 2 nights, or okay?! help:)
