Tactical aircraft maintenance?

doing maintenance , mechanic work on tactical air craft ( fighter jets, bombers, etc).

work long *** hours, doing maintenance, repairing, cleaning, etc.

job not require go outside of wire, working out of aircraft hangar, or maintenance area. if need somewhere else, may go outside of wire, not in job description leave wire other purposes.


dads friend in aircraft maintenance, , did 22 years in usaf. worth it, learn skills, , have easier time getting a&p cert work in civilian sector.
still have take classes, , tests, easier getting a& p cert if in usaf air craft maintenance.

if being grease monkey , go it. if not mechanics, or working hands, may not field you.

i joining air force , want info tactical aircraft maintenance, know like, there possibility go outside wire, , worth it?
