top tax rates have been getting lower , lower steadily 50 years. top tax rate lower has ever been.

republican trickle down theory, should have great economy because tax rate low, or @ least better under regan when tax rate higher.

tax rates under obama, if lets bush tax cuts expire, super low compared historical data, yet economy worse since 1930.

if lower taxes means great economy, republicans claim, why reality not match republican trickle down philosophy says tax cuts?
