not aircraft ,maintenance, nor taught doing aircraft maintenance.

nominally officer in charge of maintenance branch, in reality, ncoic runs branch.

@ last duty station, never knew branch officer branch was. never saw them during entire tour.

2. job track man hours worked, trends in maintenance, scheduling of maintenance, etc.

How effective was the Articles of Conderation from 1781 to 1789 to the united states?
