Is poetry writing transcendental of barriers created by languages,I think one should have sufficient?

proficiency in language in 1 writing his/her poetry,otherwise makes mess of whatever trying express.

think people can deliver message , express in better manner if concentrate on writing in mother tongue rather attempt write in language in not .

can argue trying improve writing skills in language not familiar with,but me first requisite learning express myself (using correct grammar ,spelling etc) in language wish write,otherwise end making mess of whatever trying say.

bottom line first learn language either through books,online or real world classes , try hand @ complex art such poetry writing ,till think person should keep on writing in native tongue .
