state legislature enacts statute prohibits advertising of video games "because games might harmful minors.: despite new statute, president of games marketing, inc(gmi) orders gmi marketers place ads in media. when gmi ad appears on hdtv, local television station, gmi , hdtv charged violating statute. defendants' best defense against conviction , explain how court apply defense these facts?
