Before phantom ALW was licensed for schools, was it available to other professional theaters?

no. not available professional theaters. tour made stops , put on performance @ professional theaters, using own actors. place referring might have put on different phantom of opera musical. there several out there. webber's not first phantom of opera musical, , not last. jpac might have put on ken hill's phantom of opera, or unknown production. not have had permission put on webber's phantom.

in looking jpac , phantom in google search found theatre called jpac location tour come to. meant official tour of phantom came, set up, , ran show out of theatre venue.

i wondering, cause saw jpac (a professional theater) putting on phantom of opera. like, allowed put on broadway , on tours or other professional theaters allowed it?
