Unemployment Numbers Question?

in class other day , there 1 of "whose fault is unemployment percentage in now? dems, repubs, or business"...yeah "groundbreaking" discussion... anyway people in class identified problems of unemployment on business owners outsourcing jobs

explain detail unemployment numbers released today, towards end of it, shows job sectors , percentage each 1 attributes 9.6% unemployment heres list:

* financial: 6.3%
* information: 10.8%
* construction: 17.2%
* manufacturing: 9.6%
* mining & gas, oil: 8.2%
* health , education: 6.3%
* leisure , hospitality: 11.4%
* professional & business services: 9.9%
* retail, wholesale trade: 9.6%
* government: 5.0%
* agricultural: 11.1%
* self-employed, unpaid family: 5.6%

of list see 3 job sectors have strong case made outsourcing cause of unemployment being information, manufacturing, , professional & business services.

if numbers , use conventional wisdom, points 80.7% of 9.6% unemployment rate not due outsourcing , outsourcing claim unemployment bit overstated.

question after long passage wrong thinking outsourcing claim not big cause @ incredibly high unemployment rate? , if wrong thinking outsourcing big cause unemployment can explain me why is. because cant find online answer
