How do i travel to Europe cheap by boat?

not tell traveling from, can count on boat travel being way more expensive flights.
regular shipping lines take passengers cruise lines, or @ least cruise prices.

working way across oceans has died out, firstly because need have registered seaman before can monster on.
secondly because shipping lines not employ people 1 way travel, experienced sailors might called upon sometimes, no new people.
1 of reasons insurance, other stricter rules amount of people allowed on ships call ports.
working crew on pleasure yacht unlikely, partly same reasons. because lot of yacht owners want know travel with.

in case, upon arrival in europe need able show return or onward ticket or proof of enough money can buy one, depending on nationality.
in cases can visa if hand in detailed travel plans.

i want travel europe boat 1 way fly @ later date.
