Why do people think the Toyota Prius is green?

many people think prius greenest car in world, environmentally friendly, , status symbol wants appear care world.

when reality if worried state of earth, , climate change, prius 1 of worst cars on market.

because of how manufactured; first parts of battery mined in canada refined doing damage local environment, batteries shipped across atlantic europe processed more, shipped africa, shipped china, japan put cars, cars shipped across pacific usa bought green minded consumers.

estimated production of prius more damage , contribution climate change saves low emissions , high mpg. in fact, experts believe hummer less damage prius.

people know this? or no 1 care?
