What do 'cultural ability' and 'community activity/service mean, in the context of applying for a scholarship?

take "cultural ability" mean excel in relates specific culture. speak multiple languages, cook authentic french cuisine, versed in culture specific practices? , on. take "community activity/service mean; want describe work (especially volunteer) have done around community improve or helps citizens. examples, working habitat humanity, being member of big brother/big sister club underprivileged children, working soup kitchen, , fund raising activities charity or community services. hope helps you, luck. remember these people want know why deserve scholarship on peers, let them know have given society.
