Scooter route - Murrieta/Temecula - Orange County, California?

click on avoid highways/avoid tolls , jumps 66 miles / 2 , quarter hours.

toss in 35 mph max of 50cc scooter , looking @ 3 hours.

*cheap* scooters made in china , of questionable quality. not last week doing high speeds 6 hours day.

250 ninja, vulcan 500, savage/s40, or similar allow freeway travel -- saving 15-20 hours week in commute time.

transit in murrieta sucks. i'm thinking buying cheap (probably 50cc?) scooter commuting orange county, distance of 55 60 miles.

scooter i'm buying won't able use freeways, there safe routes can legally ride between murrieta , orange county?
