How do I write dark, emotional poetry?

i'm thirteen , i've been going through lot of **** @ school. release feelings. i've been mad, , sad, , pissed off @ world. i'm in fml position right now. i'm not sure how write poetry. know i'm feeling, need know how put feelings words. now, i'm not talking rhyming poetry. regular poetry. don't know called, might hlp if tell me too. how can write kind of dark , emotional poetry?
oh, , i'm wanting write song these feelings after know how write poetry, if know kind of song writing, help. 2 favorite song writers , singers 3 days grace , black veil brides. songs sing. 2 favorite songs them hate 3 days grace , knives , pens black veil brides. thought might throw in there. anyways, if can give me tips , information on how write kind of poetry , these kind of songs, please help.
