Why do Americans pay so much tax if their country isn't Socialist?

looked @ list of countries on tax rates.

, australia's tax rate, run under australian labor party, apart of socialist international , describes democratic socialist.

, usa's tax rate 28.2%

that's not huge difference @ all, thought usa right-wing , conservative, if they're paying taxes high countries run under governments call socialists.

whats difference? thought americans undertaxed.

if they're paying tax, why there such huge gap between rich , poor in united states? , why don't have public healthcare?

fix problems.
