The legal age to be "Grown should be 21 in ALL states like they did the drinking age how can this happen?

in united states become adult legally @ 18 socially 21 since people historically have considered 21 age adult in america.the brain not mature @ 25 brain developed , changes through life thats excuse people under 25 immature.a 21-24 capable of paying bills working owning own place drinking , adulthood.i want 26th amendment repealed wont happen right away leave voting age 18 , raise age of majority 21 in states.in states 19 2 , 1 21.thats when drinking age 18 , 19 20 21.the federal goverment can , work on repealing 26th amendment.majority of 18-20 year olds live parents or in college , parents paying , sill financially depend on parents.18 year olds not adults cant think themselves.they dont know why war want excuse not go school or work.18 year olds dont pay taxes why should vote should people old enough live on own , should 21.18-20 year olds children makes me sick when older person dates them should illegal.how can contact congessman , govermnt make states make majority age 21 or take away highway funds.then u.s. have highest age of majority , drinking age.
