Beginner martial arts?


depends, because every martial art different, learn vary between martial arts.

depending on how experienced are, kind of instructor have, , kind of martial art take, exercises different. in class, in pretty every martial art, you're not going lifting weights, or that. training in martial art. however, if teen, , aren't strong, instructor may suggest lift weights on own @ home stronger, because you. if under 15 or 16, instructor either not suggest this, or suggest wait little bit before starting lift weights.

if , when join martial art of choice, don't worry. won't @ first(no 1 is), stick it, , listen , pay attention instructor says , teaches. after few weeks or month, , you've decided you'll stay martial art, ask him or if can start lifting weights @ home on own, or ask him other exercises can on own time stronger. if says don't worry it, don't.

if teen or tween starting martial arts type of things learn? there moves or strengthening excercises practice? i'm thinking of joining don't know beginner martial arts entitles.
