Can a car insurance company ask you if you have health insurance when you make a claim?

they're curious if health insurance company may or may not come subrogate on claim. if in accident, hurt, go doc, health insurance picks of cost, car insurance pays balance right? in subrogation health insurance may have right go car insurer , paid out on doctor visits caused accident. it's between insurance companies, not you. shouldn't affected in anyway. , car insurer subrogate if it's large enough claim in cases, it's not.

i in accident , other insurance company asked me if had health insurance. not @ fault. can that?
