Will India get rid of its 'developing' status by 2020? Or still after? Good discussions please?

recent increase in prices of petrol & diesel hit middle-class in india hard.
along increase in land prices, middle-class stop dreaming big.
in general view, industry hit recession, broadning tax bracket hasn't brought relief, has reduced problem among hunderd other problems people facing.
ever since congress brought power, has aimed @ attaining double digit gdp, @ cost?
bjp not have proper party-head, congress not have strong opposition anymore..
future seems bleak..
might change if people of india unanimously bring strong leader..

the way things going on same old politicians , problems, there hardly visible growth. areas of hope grey areas concentration?
