Best community college Photography Program Close to Long Beach, CA?

i'm old fashion photographer. love film , developing prints in darkroom.
giving whole digital world. problem have no clue of how use photoshop. planning on going school...i thinking of community college.
live in long beach, ca appreciate recommendations around here please.....and please let me know school think offers best photography , computer classes.
thinking of long beach city college, el camino college in torrance or cerritos college.
