established business presence in state of ca , operate business there. in united states income earned here taxed here, federal , state.

now, issues are:
1. incorporated?
- if yes, you'll need file business return.
- depends on type of bus. entity are.

- if no, you'd file form 1040 along schedule c report income , form 1040 "summary" form.

should contact local tax professional assist further!

i run own business home on ebay in australia. have temporarily moved california usa , wondering can run same business here under australian business name (although operating , posting goods california) , pay taxes in australia?
