No drivers license, no job, going into my senior year, few questions?

hi, i'm 16 years old going senior year of high school. still have not acquired drivers license, nor have started process. haven't gotten job yet though lot of other kids do, gas money , car-related stuff, etc. come low-income family , want go college. grades , i'm on national honor society. have bit of motivation license year can commute college instead of living in dorm. however, don't feel getting job worth , don't have motivation it. feel i'm falling behind people far preparation college, not motivated , i'm not sure. guys think?
