Could everyone run and own a Business if they had the money to why or why not ? Im asking this question becaus?

have understand not people @ running businesses, example if overpay youself , can't buy goods can't run business. majority of people quite exceptional , can majority of poeple have taught how run business. friend called capitalisim , favorite form of government. love sucess story wheather large or small makes unique. when can't have gain in life?

could run , own business if had money why or why not ? im asking question because if run , own business mean working class disappears or small businesses disapperar because of competition big businesses ?
