I live in Canada, What courses do I need to take to become an obstetrician?


live in canada , high school teacher 20 years. counselled many students in choices higher education.

need upper level courses, (academic) , take many sciences possible, (biology , chemistry, physics , maths). need average university. less , have year make up. if not in make year, not qualify university can still go college. college graduates admitted university provided have excellent gpa (3.7 or higher).

in 4th year of high school, apply several universities. guidance office this. brock university offers 'health sciences' undergrad accepted in graduate school medicine. in 2nd year of general practice , upon approval college of physicans , surgeons, can apply study obstetrics , gynecology.

in total, including internship study 8 years after high school.

student loans available @ undergraduate level prepared job can earn enough money carry through 4-5 years, or perhaps parents set scholarship program you, tax incentives federal government.

i'm 15 years old , going grade 10. want know courses need take in high school, college, , university become obstetrician. keep in mind in canada, it's different u.s.
