How does car insurance work?

should have:
1. called cops
2. exchanged insurance information
3. called insurance company report accident.

involved insurance companies can determine fault if backed stopped car, insurance companies find @ fault (liable).

last thing should worry rates may go up. people use logic instead of insurance bought such things foolish , regret later.

i wrecked , backed someone. how insurance work. pay or what. or after wreck have pay more insurance??
