How to install Wireless printer in windows 7?

insert cd comes wireless hp printer computer use printer. allow setup initial software , allow configure initial network settings.

choose install software , components of software install. typical components hp printers include network utility , project creation software. if have software project creation, don't need install this. won't need install either component other computers in order use printer.

turn on hp printer when prompted. don't connect computer unless directed software. if printer isn't recognized software, may asked temporarily connect via provided usb cable.

choose printer name , ip address. ip address can dynamic or can create static ip address. larger networks, dedicate static ip address or allow hp software choose static ip prevent conflicts on network.

press "continue" complete wireless hp printer installation. entire process can take 30 minutes if install software components.

install printer on other computers going "start -- printers , faxes -- add printer." choose "a network printer" view list of network printers. choose printer name step 4 install , access wireless printer.
