How do I tell my sister that I no longer want to go, without hurting her feelings?

weekend sister , family (husband , 4 kids) , supposed going weekend long conference our church, in different city hour , half away.

conference held inside of elaborate hotel. our church every year first week of october, , because of commute books rooms don’t have drive , forth.

yesterday sister decided tell me wouldn’t staying in room year because 1) don’t have money, , 2) didn’t book in advance should’ve, , we’d driving , forth. told me stay @ place weekend well.

love sister , respect determination still go, if means wasting more money on gas finding cheap motel nearby stay at, she’s not best driver in world.

car has sorts of dents , scratches , pretty ruined. have bad feeling going year, if they’re going driving , forth.

how tell nicely don’t want go, without lying , without hurting feelings?
