What does the W/S mean in a mercedes benz E320?

w/s strictly transmission. cannot alter ride height of vehicle switches. need change coil spring and/or use higher shims/spacers increase ride height.

w = winter , s = standard. leaving transmission selector in w starts transmission off in 2nd gear , upshifts both sooner , takes little bit longer between shifts step next gear. increase traction on slippery surfaces.

what w/s button on console near shifter mean in mercedes benz e320? have mercedes benz e320 year 2005 , wondering w/s switch mean ?what ? , how use ? thanks
