Caring for my friends kids while she is overseas?

friend joined service because having financial problems. couldn't find job , bills starting overcome her. talked family members said take kids while away in training. after signed out. she's set leave training , has no 1 take kids. feeling overwhelmed emotion said it. i'm worse off is. live in 2 bedroom apartment , have own 2 kids no take care of. think bit off more can chew. can ready myself task. don't want tell no to. (my family lose once know have agreed to.
